We are a 30+ strong team, combining strategic thinkers, technical experts, animators, creative directors, designers, data experts, programmers, behavioural experts and communications consultants. Where we need specialist capability beyond that, we draw on a vetted pool of Marsh-approved suppliers.
Your designated lead would be accountable for delivery, quality and governance — acting as the primary interface with the Trustee Executive and Member Experience Committee, and coordinating all activity across strategy, content, digital delivery and insight.
Full scope delivered in-house
Our team can directly deliver:
- Brand and style guide development, building on the Collective Plan's existing identity
- Communications and engagement strategy, co-created with the Trustee Executive and Trustee
- Design and content for all member communications — newsletters, benefit statements, adjustment letters etc.
- Website and digital content review, including structure, user journeys and member-friendly content
- Digital assets including explainers, how-to guides and video-based communications
- Analysis of member feedback and engagement data
- Periodic insight-sharing and training on best practice in pensions communications
Access to wider Marsh expertise
Where appropriate, Impact can also draw on actuarial, legal or governance expertise from across Marsh. This access is managed and coordinated by Impact, used only where it adds clear value, and agreed with the Trustee in advance.
At no point would the Trustee need to enter separate contractual arrangements with additional providers. Impact remains the sole accountable communications partner throughout.
