RFP QUESTION 3.3

Ready to go

"Please provide confirmation of your capacity to commence services from Spring/Summer 2026."
Yes, we can start from late Spring 2026 and are ready to begin at the earliest opportunity following appointment. We'd begin with a structured onboarding workshop to align on objectives and co-create the communications strategy — here's how the first six months would look.

June-August | Foundation and strategy

Following appointment, we would begin with a structured onboarding workshop with the Trustee Executive and key stakeholders — aligning on objectives, reviewing existing communications and agreeing priorities. We would then develop a set of recommendations and a proposed communications plan, along with indicative costs for agreement before work commences.

September-November | Implementation and delivery

With strategy agreed, we would move into delivery — focusing first on core communications requirements and any time-sensitive priorities identified. This is likely to include areas such as website content and structure, member communications design, and brand and style guide development, alongside any additional value-add activity agreed with the Trustee.
